Returns & Refunds Policy for The Saw Jack

At The Saw Jack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how to return your Saw Jack kit if you need to.

1. Return Window

You have **30 days** from the date you receive your Saw Jack kit to initiate a return for a full refund. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your Saw Jack kit must be **unused** and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process any return.

3. Missing or Damaged Parts

If you find that parts are missing from your Saw Jack kit upon arrival, or if replacement parts are needed due to loss or damage during initial setup, please email us directly at John@thesawjack.com to request replacements. Do not send the entire kit back for missing parts.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received at our facility and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the eligibility criteria.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Shipping Your Return

To return your product, you must ship it to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund. Please note that the product must be shipped back to us prior to a refund being issued.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
